Step 1 scans every active board and lets you include/exclude jobs and set any missing anchor dates. Step 2 resolves only what's selected — reflow, then person-swap, then Assembly B overflow — and leaves overtime as something you apply afterward on purpose, not something it reaches for by default.

These live in this browser tab only for now — buffers, keywords, and capacity don't yet write anywhere durable. That's the next piece once this is proven.

Resolve selected jobs
Overtime is never applied automatically — items that would only fit with overtime come back "unresolved" with the option noted. Use the button in the results below to apply it as a deliberate second pass once you've seen everything else. Locking a person or date re-runs the resolve automatically so it's always reflected.

Their full schedule across every job, earliest first. Handy on its own for Machining — one continuous queue instead of scattered across job cards.

Mark a disruption sandbox — nothing applies until you confirm
Extends the affected item's own finish date by however many days were lost, keeping the same start date and daily hours — "picks back up where they left off" rather than pushing the whole thing later. Known simplification: the date range shown still nominally spans the disrupted day, since the rest of the app works with simple date ranges rather than day-by-day exclusions — the total hours and finish date are correct either way. Only this person's own calendar is touched; it won't reassign their work to anyone else.

Workload heatmap busiest people first
Green = comfortable, amber = needs overtime to fit, red = over even with overtime, blue = Approved Leave (from Resource Blockout). A striped red cell means someone's on leave but still has hours assigned that day — worth a look. Click a cell to open that person's day in the By Person tab.
